Sarah Trelease is a senior teacher and the director of teacher training at OM yoga in NYC. As well as teaching and practicing a vinyasa style yoga with emphasis on alignment, breath and the individual, she has trained in restorative yoga and yoga for cancer survivors. Private classes will focus entirely on the needs, the body and the mind of the student whether they are a brand new beginner or advanced, injured or healthy.
